The Vic High Improv Club is running a fundraiser to help send 16 enthusiastic improv club students to the Berlin Improv Festival in March 2014. The evening starts at 7:30pm and features.... Silent Auction Costume Contest Dr. Who Trivia Contest Live Auction (amoungst other goodies, we're auctioning off a TARDIS !) Airing of one or two Dr. Who episodes It's just $10 to get in! Tickets are available from: Members of the Vic High Improv Club Victoria High School Main Office At the door Over their 10 day stay in Berlin, our students will participate in 4 days of workshops from two different instructors (not from the US or Canada) and will perform for a local school audience at the end. They also will be enjoying the festival performances and taking time to visit the historic city of Berlin itself. For a group of 16 students, the total cost is $32,000 CDN
The Victoria High School (Vic High) Improv Club is all about giving students the opportunity to build excellent team work and public speaking skills and above all, to have fun! The club is run by Jonathan Argue (Improviser, past Managing Director of the Impromaniacs Theatre Company Society) and Kim Sholinder (Drama Teacher, Vic High).
