The Vic High Sharks Improv Club welcomes the world-renowned improv accompanist Laura Hall (Whose Line Is It Anyway) and veteran improviser and television actor Rick Hall (KC Undercover, Curb Your Enthusiasm) for a showcase of musical improv featuring the Vic High Improv Club as cast!

Join us as our improvisers show off the skills they learning from a 3-hour workshop with Laura & Rick they attended the same day!

In addition, we're having a silent auction to raise additional funds to cover the workshop & show cost. We've raised over $470 (up from $420!!) so far and need to raise an additional $900.

So, come out, bid on our silent auction and enjoy some musical improv!

Admission is by donation - suggested $10

Now you can donate to the improv club online at the Vic High Website at https://vichigh.sd61.bc.ca/ - click the "Make A Donation" button, select the Victoria High School from the "Fund Destination" (not the PAC entry) and in the Message field, put in "Improv Club". Any donation would be much appreciated!

Great things are happening this upcoming Family Day Weekend at the Victoria High School! We are playing host to the 2015 CIG Island Semi-Finals, Junior Cup and Island Finals! January and February are busy months here at the school! January 2015 Events Starting on January 22, 2015, we are presenting Disney's  High School Musical . Christmas Tree Chipping Fundraiser a success!

We are very excited to have been invited to attend the  Berlin Improv Festival   in March 2014!  This will be the first time ever in the festival’s 13 year history where they have hosted a high school improv group and we’re excited to be part of this unique event! Over their 10 day stay in Berlin, our students will participate in 4 days of workshops from two different instructors (not from the US or Canada) and will perform for a local school audience at the end. They also will be enjoying the festival performances and taking time to visit the historic city of Berlin itself. For a group of 16 students, the total cost is $32,000 CDN which includes their return airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, workshops and access to the festival. Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 to help reduce the per student cost to approximately $1,600.
